1875 Indian Cent - Real or Fake?

Hello all,

I found this raw 1875 Indian cent on eBay and it seems like a good deal: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1875-INDIAN-CENT/352237284711. I have heard about a lot of fake coins being sold on eBay, however, so I want to be safe. Does this coin look genuine or counterfeit? Thanks

Look at completed auctions. I doubt this year is going for very much.

Look at the mintage numbers. It doesn't look like a key date.

Off the top of my head (and I am *not* an expert), I'd start with the coin in G-VG range and possibly cleaned.

(I.e., I don't think anyone would counterfeit a coin unless it was uber-valuable.)
