I know that there are relatively many of these floating around,
but this one appears to be in better condition then most.

How much would it be worth and what would be its condition
graded as? (I want to add that it even has some plenty
of luster remaining that did not come through in the scan).

I'd say EF. Berlin mint issue, so a commoner type. I don't have a recent 19th century catalogue, so I don't have any "current" value/estimate to provide, probably a few dollars.

With 10-million minted in Berlin, compared to 22.7-million combined production at the other six mints that year, it has the lowest value - $1 VF, $12.50 XF and $90 Unc. - in the 2001 3rd Ed; probably about the same in the new 4th Ed.

If it is truly lusterous (and scans are notorious for hiding luster), it might go AU, which could push it into the $25-50 range. All in all, a nice piece.
