I spotted this blurry photo on eBay, and was convinced of the variety. If you're familiar with the IHC varieties for 1873, which one do you think it is? If nobody gets it, I'll post the answer when the coin arrives and I take new pictures.

Did you cherry it? If so, great eye!! I love how the specialists of a certain series of coin notice things like this at a drop of a hat. I would have never seen it without coaxing. I hope to know Lincolns this well one day!
Thanks...yeah, I found it on eBay...there are certain varieties I have memorized. Yeah...the pic is bad, but that's how I often cherrypick coins off eBay--I notice something that others did not. In this case, the 3 clinched it--I have no doubts.
