Is this 1873 France 5 Francs coin cleaned or polished? I definitely see some hairlines or deeper scratches, there's a mirror-like surface, and it's very hard to make out any cartwheel luster (mostly due to the amount of light that reflects off). Any thoughts? What would you grade it as? Thanks in advance!
