My uncle recently passed away and had these coins in there collection. I was looking on eBay and they seemed pretty valuable. I was just wondering if these were real. Thank you.

    The dime looks extremely fake.

I agree. The sharpness isn't there and it just looks off.

Weird looking year, weird mintmark, uneven strike, rim looks awful, overall graininess. I have absolutely no doubt that this is a very recent Chinese replica.

Quarter seems like it has been in a fire. The rim also looks a bit weird, might not be real.

    The dime is defiantly counterfeit.

The quarter, too. That date doesn't look right at all, the mint mark is in the wrong position, and the rims look like a bottle cap.

General rule of thumb: when it comes to very rare dates, any given loose coin is far more likely to be a fake than to be the real thing. But it's always good to check.
