Anyone have any idea on the value of this 8 Reale coin? It has what appear to be chopmarks on both sides
Here is a link to the NGC price guide for a genuine coin of this type. 8 reales have been counterfeited so you should make sure it is not attracted to a magnet and weight it to see if it's close to the nominal 27g. If its got the correct amount of silver it has a melt value of $11.25 and if genuine maybe $20.
