1869 Indian Head Cents RPD?

    Just looking for some input on the date on this 1869 IHC. There is something going on but I'm not quite sure. Is that PMD above the 6? What's going on to the left of the 8? Is there a Halo of a second 9 to the right of the 9?

    The 6 looks like it took a hit. The left side of the 8 looks interesting.

    Yes, but I can't seem to make heads or tails of it. Was hoping there was an IHC enthusiast out there who knew the varieties well.
