1869/69 ihc?

    Hello,
    I am wondering is this the 1869/69 variety or is it regular. Got this for $12 bucks probably not but the 9 looks kinda thick.

    Nearly impossible to tell by the photos. I'm leaning towards "no"... I see none of the diagnostics that point to it being that RPD.
