I've checked: -- Greysheet -- Coin World -- PCGS -- NGC -- eBay None of them list this RPD. And mine is in a PCGS slab! The PGCS slab says it's an "Overdate FS-302/(FS-013.1) Would someone please give me a value for this coin. Also a reference for where they found that value.
Okay, now that I've got my act together, I'll give yo the correct info on the slab. NGC (not PCGS) 1867/1867 NO RAYS 5C VP-015 (I've no idea what that is) 4471633-008 Now I should be able to go to the NGC site and locate it.
You can go to NGC's Cert Lookup page, enter the info and some details should show up. I tried this and it didn't work. I used "4471633-008" as the "Cert #" and 40 for the grade. Can you post a photo of the slab?
Well I found general information about your coin. There seems to be a population of about 15 in all grades. The doubling is so strange! I found documentation from PCGS and NGC. The doubling is strange. The one ring on the obverse is obvious and there are extra leaves. I don't understand how doubling doesn't affect the "In God We Trust. That was fun detective work, but you asked about value. I gotta leave that to someone else.
VP stands for VarietyPlus. Appears there are quite a few variations of this year/coin and some small disputes as to yea/nay. For a while I had a 88/88 one. You have a lot of research on these. Good Luck.
