Agreed. But for a VF, the "WE" is rather good. The ANA Guide says the "WE" should look like that, but the TPGs seen to let that part slide a bit if the rest of the coin is nice. My 1864, Small Motto is a VF-25 and looks very much like yours. BTW, yours is a Large Motto.
