When you grade this, keep in mind that these are scans and can distort the way a coin actually looks. An example is posted below. This is a previous purchase from the same seller. This is what arrived. Full luster and semi-PL surfaces.
Well, the first stop is the top right of the shield, where both a weak strike and early wear appear. Neither are pronounced in this image - in an area which happens to show relatively decent detail despite the poor image quality - so that's an encouraging sign. So, from a technical merit standpoint (yeah, I realize I'm drawing an entire giraffe from seeing one long neckline ), I'm expecting you'd see a coin you consider no worse than XF and possibly AU. With what looks to be a pretty severe case of out-of-parallel dies; I really don't think that detail not visible in the upper right quadrant of the obverse is actually there. It looks pretty flat as well on the corresponding bottom right of the reverse, leading me away from thinking the obverse to be a grease fill. I'd be looking hard at this one.
okay i feel the iHC is ms62-3 brown , but the tiger stripe killing it it looks to have a weak strike or is it the camouflage its wearing au 58 on the next , xf 40 on the last
