1864 Indian Head, not an "L".

I have just been learning how to attribute the "L" type Indian head cent in low grades. I don't think this is one, do you agree? The second curl appears to point more to the bust, the last feather more rounded, and the bust looks round.

OK, that is what I thought, no "L". It's a filler type like mine in my book which is an "L". Even when you have difficulty seeing the bust, the side of the last feather is more flat on an "L" and the second curl points to the date.
