i think that it is. i think that the L is visible.

 

The photos are blurry...but it looks to me that this coin has a round bust which would mean no L.

 

I was thinking the same thing but there looks to be an L. Strange, We need a better image.

 

I will admit that the photo is so blurry I can't really tell...but it looks rounded. I agree with you, a better image is a must.

 

look at the outlined area.

 

I can see the bump in the area you circled...I can also see the base of the neck appears to be rounded which is a firm diagnostic of a no L. If you could post a photo that was clear...perhaps we could get a better look.

 

A coin with that much meat the L should be plainly visible

 

Without the L it's a $30 coin.
