Had to say with those photos but it looks more like a replic than the real thing. It's considered an obsolete bill and not a CSA note. I'm leaning more towards a replica.
It is a very modern fantasy. I would not call it a replica because the center vignette does not match. The OPs note has an image of an atomic symbol and a modern microscope.
Always exciting to find something like this. Even if it isn't real. Reminds me of when I found a lottery ticket in a used paperback book. Unfortunately, not a winner. LOL
