    Don't know the value, but it is a nice piece of history.
    Find a bill holder and put it away. It's not always about
    the value.

    The note is fairly beat up.

    I'd guess no more than a dollar or two

    I am not up on the current prices for these pieces, but this one is not worth a great deal because of the amount of wear. My guess would be $10 so.

    This is an example of the ten cent note from the fourth issue of Fractional Currency. These pieces were issued from July 14, 1869 to February 16, 1875.

    Here is a high grade example.
