1861 $1 gold piece type 3, Grade?

    I have had this coin for a while and was thinking of sending it off to be graded... It has nice sufaces and was thinking it may come back a Low Unc (MS61) or Au58. What grade would you grade it and anything you guys see that would keep it out of a holder? Thanks a lot i really appreciate it:)

    You may get an AU58 but just to be safe I am thinkng AU55 at the best. Great looking coin tho'!!
