unfortunately it has damage but based from google images, this looks like the 60/60 large 100 variety. has anyone seen this particular coin before?
It does appear to be an over date, but with so much going on near and on the date, it's almost impossible to tell. Sorry
if you click on the image to enlarge it, you'll see a faint 1 next to the 1. to me it looks like the entire date was struck twice. someone got really close to drilling a hole through the date
