This is a new acquisition to my collection. The coin is dark gray, but in good shape. What's the grade?

Looks like a nice, original coin.

    I'd say VF35-XF40

I'm guessing that this coin was weakly struck on the obverse. The letter F in OF is incomplete. It's missing the lower part of the F. There is really little wear on this coin to speak of. If you click on the image another window pops up and allows you to enlarge any area.

Tough coins to grade period as they are so small and THIN. Like minting a coin on a piece of aluminum foil.

The shield lines and reverse are what made me state my original grade and I'll stick to it.

    FV35-XF40.

...and I'd put this coin in my set!
