Thats a pretty sweet coin, no major marks or scratches just normal circulation wear, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

With what I can see from the pics I'd say VF30-35, possibly a little higher but the wear on the obverse is stopping it from grading better than that In my honest opinion

 

Sorry, but I'm not in the market for one of these right now, I absolutely love it and if I was ready to buy I would make you an offer but I'm concentrating on filling in other areas in my collection right now. I appreciate the offer tho!!
