A rather warn Half Dollar, especially the date, but as a New Orleans minted coin, something that may appeal?
Appreciate an estimate of grade .

Adding up the pros and cons, I would say Good. There are some better aspects, but it's been cleaned and the date is weak, which is not normal for this issue.

G-8 at best but it may only be a G-6. It’s been cleaned and a common date.

Good sounds like a fair grade.

Those old seated halves are quite appealing and yeah that one has been thru the cleaners. Still an attractive piece.
