1859 AU? SL Half Dime

I've been keeping an eye on this auction and have already placed one bid and have been outbid since. I want to get the opinion of everyone here that cares to give one. I'm a little leary to bid any higher as I'm suspecting that this coin has been cleaned. Whats your thoughts.

It looks cleaned or overdipped to me. The surfaces are dead. Only the slightest bit of luster left.

 

You won't hear this from me very often, but "It's been over-dipped." As a coin with XF-AU details is it a good price? If it is then pounce...

Thanks guys. Overdipped and overpriced. There's 12 minutes to go and its up to $86 dollars. Too much...IMO.
