    It looks normal. It's diameter is suppose to be 15.9 millimeters.

    That's a normal half dime. Its just worn. Let's see a picture of the edge...

    PCI had grade a Broad strike. before I removed to put with my other half dime set
    I know the photo are not that good.
    I will find the old PCI hold and post it

    the coin is 17.38mm north to south and 17.34mm east to west.

    Take a picture of the edge of the coin and please post it.

    Also, if there is reeding visible on 80% of it then it is not a broadstruck coin. Even if the reeding is weak in a spot. The collar adds the reeding. A broadstruck coin in a reeded series does not get the reeding added.

    End result, this coin is not a broadstruck coin. If it was slabbed as such there are two possibilities. Another and not unusual poor slabbing job when it comes to an error. OR>>>it was a phony slab made to look like it was done by a third party grader.

    The edge, please, I posted this so there is no confusion. The edge and the rim are different. We need to see the edge. As stated though, the coin is normal.

    if there is any reeding, the coin cannot be a broadstrike.

    I not sure how long I had this one,but I started my Half Dime collection about 1998.

    If it was slabbed, why did you remove it from the slab then?
