1854 half Dime error similar to the 1854-O posted

I would like your opinions on this Half Dime as well. I got it at the same time as the one I posted earlier. It is the same year as the one I posted earlier as well but it has no mint mark. Please let me know what you think? I believe it is a Planchet lam error.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but either a lamination or a die break.
Most likely the lamination.
