1850's "Half" Set

I am assembling a set of "half" coins with the same date (half cent, half dime, half dollar). Any advice/ideas appreciated.

Check your local dealer's junk silver bin. I've found seated halves and dimes from the 1850's for melt

 

Don't forget the half eagle.:smile

 

Sounds very interesting! I've thought of doing something similar, but for another decade.
