1850 Large Cent (possible error?)

    I have another Large Cent I found in a cull lot that looks strange. I don't have super high res pics at the moment but I'm curious if anyone can help me identify this one. The coin is about 3 grams light, and the obverse has a lot of weird things going on, spokes coming out from all the denticles, some raised areas in the fields, and the stars on the right side are extremely weak.

    The obverse has a pipe in liberty's mouth and can't see the "artwork" on the back but it's probably related to "puffin"glaucoma medicine too....
