Looks like an N-19 to me by date position and the swelling near the wreath on reverse is in the right places. No crumbling yet on the N in ONE on reverse that I can see. Looks to be high vf to xf in sharpness. Few rim issues but for under $20 it would qualify in weaselluv's set.
