Is this fake. It looks fake to me for some reason. Dont pay any attention to the dings on the obver, and reverse....lol but other than thoose HUGH imperfections is this coin legit. And what grade do you think it is if it is real??????

Looks okay to me. The damaged areas would knock down the value, but here is a scale you can track the value at.

It looks cleaned - hence the odd/wrong color - and damaged on the reverse, but genuine to me.

 

It isn't a rare or scarce date, so it is most likely ligit.
