Here's one I've had since I was a kid (amazing I still have it). It's an 1847 Large cent in what would be F/VF condition but the reverse is rotated more than 90 degrees. Any idea on value or rarity? Would PCGS or NGC grade such a coin as a mint error? Would it be worth it? Thanks everyone!!

Save your money. Rotated reverses are common on Large Cents and usually add nothing (or only very little) to a coin's value. IMO you would be throwing your money away by having this coin graded.

Post a picture of the coin and we can help on attributing it. Based off that and the grade we can come up with a approximate value.
