1838 A 1/4 franc

    I'm not, really, a foreign coin collector so do not have any information on them. A number of years, ago, I found this 1/4 franc in an old fairground. Can someone tell me what the value of it would be? It is the 1st "oldest" coin that I have ever found. DSCN5502.JPG DSCN5501.JPG

    A nice find it has a mintage of 922,000.
    I`d have to agree with GDJMSP about $5
