IMG_3416.JPG IMG_3415.JPG What is wrong with this Large Cent? There are these...I don't know what to call them...holes? But they don't go all the way through. I'm thinking it's a G-4 with these holes on it. Can someone help identify these things? Thanks.

Oh no I just noticed the inside of the holes are green. PVC? Noooooo. Please help.

There is no way to know what caused the damage.

If it is corrosion will it spread to the whole coin? Or is the damage already done?

Oh in some areas of the photos it looks a little blue - sorry that is just the lighting.

The coin is damaged by a sharp object (pushed up metal at borders). Then corrosion set in.
