1836 Half Grade Guess

    Here is a 1836 Capped Bust Half Dollar. What grade would you grade it?

    Nice coin!
    I would say VF...the hair is worn but the stars show good...
    XF almost but the back would take it to VF I think.

    I think it's EF. Yes the back may be weak for EF.

    Yeah, the back isn't as strong as the front. The pics look differnet, but they're the same coin. Just using different settings on the camera. They are old pics too.

    I split grade these, the front XF, the reverse VF., so the grade to me is VF-45. :cool: These types of coins in this condition are very reasonable to buy these days, if I had the extra $$$, Id hoard abunch!!!!!I lovem! :thumb:
