I bought this from my dealer a couple of months ago, it's price was greadly reduced because of scratches on the rev, from a 150.00 coin, to a 50.00 coin, but, now I am seeing something really interesting on the reverse, it appears to be doubled, but, only on the C , the top end of the C shows two very very clear serifs, that can be noticed without using a loop, while the bottom has a serif, but, must be seen by using a loop, as of right now, I do not see anything else that resembles doubling, except for the one letter, here is a picture, but, I don't know if you all will be able to see it or not.

I see the slight notch in the C - so it may well be doubled. But back then - it was not uncommon at all. Still makes for an interesting collectible ;)

I took it back to my coin dealer, he was very suprised he had missed something like that, I think the marks bring attention to them at all times when looking at the reverse though....Thinking about sticking it in a type album, so noone can see the reverse :D
