Picked this up last week. I'm still learning how to do attribution on bust halves - where should I start on this one?

I started with using the reverse die to narrow it down to the Overton types with the I in Pluribus centered under the T in States. That left 0-107, 109, 110, 118, & 122 as possibilities. I'm leaning towards o-110 based on the 3rd star (at 3:00) - the feet of the star are horizontal on that variety only (all the others have some degree of rotation.

Also, what grade would you label this? There's a fair amount of clean, even wear on the obverse highpoints, but only a little on the reverse. I'm leaning towards Vf35 or EF details.

    Am I in the ballpark?

From the pics, I would call it a polished VF.
