I'll say AU-58, slightly weak strike on reverse.

My best guess would be AU58, as well.

Very nice coin! I'll go with Au-55.

Thanks, Anyone think it is O. 105?

Also, good job, I bought the coin in a AU58 holder and I thought it was good for the grade. It has a weak strike and some slight wear but I think it has a nice obverse.

    Au 58 possibly a Ms 60.

    What makes you say that?

To me the blast white photo of the reverse. I would expect it to be a darker grey. Not sure if the photo shows the true color of the coin. I would put the coin at AU55.

I have a question of my own, that mark at 1:50, is that a ding or a planchet flaw?

I don't have an Overton Book so I'm not sure what mine is either ?

I like the luster on HULL's better than mine.

Actually, I might be able to dismiss some of your concern. The coin is darker, with a thicker grey. I was surprised when the coin lit up in the pictures.

I always thought planchet flaw, there is no way this coin made it into a solid holder if that were a ding.

Nice coin. Can we see the obverse?

That's wat I was thinking, "How did THAT make it inot a slab with THAT?!"

AU-58 The only problem I see is the minor rim dings along the 2 oclock Obverse, and the 5 oclock reverse. Other than that this is an MS-60 Bust half. The light toning on the obverse has very nice eye appeal, and the reverse is a nice crisp blast white.

Well I'm no expert, but that is just my opinion. I see a bunch of tiny little scratches on the coin that makes it look like it was scrubbed.
Again, just my opinion, don't take it for granted.

I would consider that possible die polish or AU territory with light wear shown behind and in front of liberty

I think if you look at a lot of high grade Capped Bust Halves, Quarters, Dimes & Half Dimes you will see small hairlines as I don't think they had the greatest quality dies or minting techniques back in those days.
