Save your money. It's not going to grade. The fields obviously have been cleaned, leaving the dark areas around the details. Purple label. Sorry. It is in nice shape though. Probably would have been AU at least.
Weigh it on an accurate gram scale before sending in. Correct weight is 1.34 grams. The details, at least in the image, say "Questionable Authenticity".
