I think I'd also have to say the surface corrosion would get VG details. If it was a G or AG they might let it slide. But hey, as an R.6, that's still a really awesome coin.
N-11 very late die state VG-10 detail slightly porous maybe lightly cleaned but not bad. Net VG-8. I don't know if PCGS would grade it but who cares. The people who would really be interested in this coin wouldn't care. Value, maybe $1500 - $2000.
