I'm hoping I identified this correctly.. I'm thinking O-111... based on the reverse.
Anyone want to confirm or reject that feeling? Also, does it look decent for the type?

I'm upstate, away from my books.......not that I could help you anyway. The Overtons make my head spin but the fellows highlighted above are good at attribution.....among the best. :)

Yes, it is a O-111 R4. Besides everything else matching perfectly, look how the third stripe joins into the shield at the bottom and the point of the shield is broken. No doubt it is the REV. J

Are you pissed that the cheaters (NE) won?

Aah, well thanks for the confirmation.. Guess an R-4 isn't all that bad.. any thoughts on condition? The shield on the reverse was what made me think it was the O-111. It was a bit tough to figure trying to align the I with the T.

From the photos, looks like a lot of vertical striations on the left side of the obv suggesting a cleaning. Might be different in hand, of course.

Agree with @ksparrow , the coin looks like its been cleaned.

Cleaned was my first thought, but good details. Obverse definitely got the brunt of it.
