1825 1/4 skilling found with detector.

    Was down about 7 inches. House was built in 1870s. Swedish community. "Grandpa" probably dropped these showing them to his kids/grandkids.

    I have a couple more of these, but this one is in best condition.

    Oddly enough, this is the 3rd one found that is dented in the center, this has drill marks. Like they were trying to turn them into something.

    Nice find! I have been searching with my detector for coins, except i have never found any :( The property that I am searching is from 1713 in Pennsylvania, and is the first property (in PA) that was deeded, which was by William Penn. I keep searching (for 3 years(i'm only 15)) but never come across anything, nice find!
