Got this for next to nothing. Probably because the obv. looks like it might have some old graffiti or deliberate scratches on it and it's seen some circulation to say the least. I didn't realize that it was an over date til I got home. Too bad in 1824 it appears that over dates are the rule rather than the exception.dd:
