This is a Russian 1822 Silver 5 kopek coin. Nothing seems odd except that if you look carefully at the obverse's background, you can see some odd lines, which may seem to be part of a set of wings. I initally thought it was a strikethrough error but that doesn't make sense with the reverse as the wings are much further apart... Any idea what it could be? (edited for some lame grammer mistakes)
