    Hey guys,

I just picked up this 1819 capped bust quarter which i think may be a Browning variety, maybe a Browning 3 because of the doubling in the denomination mainly the 5? Let me know what you think. Does this add to the value of the coin? Also what grade would you give it? I'm thinking a Fine
    Thanks for the help!:)

    Looks "Fine".

I'm not too savvy with early quarter die varieties. I do know of the B.9 in 1819. Find one of those and we'll talk. ;)

You are correct, it is a browning-3. It is the most common variety of the date and doesn't really add any value to the coin, but it does make it a little more interesting. I would grade it F-15.
