1806/5 Draped Bust Half dollar O-104c? Terminal die state.

NGC made a mistake in attributing this Half Dollar. It is not the 1806 over inverted 6 that NGC placed on the label but 1806/5, O-104b. Part the 5 is clearly visible under the 6.
The interesting thing is not the mistake they made, but the late die state of this coin with the full reverse cud above UNITE, which I have not seen yet. Usually there are 2 cuds close to each other with a die crack above N and I connecting the 2 cuds.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
