1804 half cent - is this a special variety?

    Can anyone help me if this is a variety?

    Looks like a C-13 Plain 4 stemless to me. Not a really rare variety but nice. Looks like a PCGS VF30 to me, unless those are scratches on the neck. Hope that helps! Nice coin!!!
