1800's Unfinished $4.44 will? Does paper about money count?

    I believe this is from Berks County, near Reading, Pennsylvania. That area had a large population of Swiss settlers. This is some type of lien from 1849. I'm not sure it qualifies as paper money, but an interesting document. Any German-speaking forum members out there?
