Ok this is a strange story on how I just got this one. I used to play this online Role playing game. There are certain items in the game that are rare. Well a freind said he had this 1800 half cent. I gladly offered him something "game item" for the coin. He accepted. Just got it in the mail today. the quality and color are really nice besides the large scratch in the front and the few nicks in the obverse. Could anyone give me a estimate on the cost and grade of the coin? And lastly , would it be worth to send it in to possibly NGC or ANAC for grading or would the scratch get it sent bagged. sorry about the quality of the second picture , its with my camera because I had lost the better image that my freind took
That coin would more than likely get body bagged. On a side note, that picture is overly large, and I would recommend taking it down, and replacing it with the one in my post.
