I dug this coin 2 weeks ago. I believe it to be a very scarce Shelon 181. I am curious based on all of your experiences, how much a coin like this would be worth. Needless to say, if I were to have it slabbed, it would be marked "environmentally damaged", but due to the minor rarity of the coin I am sure it has some value.
I would say between 40 - 60 dollars - not that rare and is listed I believe as an R-3. Still a nice coin for being dug up.
