Any information on this piece. Tried finding it on Ebay but didn't see anything like it. Franklin Mint? I believe it is 2 oz of Silver.

    Thanks

I once bought a set in a nice wooden display case that had what I guess you could call a type set of 2 oz rounds of replicas of most of our past coin designs. I can't recall if this design was in it or not but I'm sure it's along those same lines.

No idea who made it but your best bet would be to weigh it. What does it say below the word "COPY" I can't read it.

Do you know what mint made them?

    JWT - it's 2 ounces and marked .999 silver

Since that eBay link does not provide any information about the round, I would ask the seller if he has it. About two or three years ago, many Chinese sites were offering this piece plated or in solid silver, and with or without the word "copy" on it.

I'd say it is NOT Franklin Mint (No mintmark). Most 2 oz rounds that I have seen have come from Silvertowne. The Boxy COPY label is similar to that used by the Royal Oak Mint but I have never known them to make 2 oz rounds.
