1788 Massachusetts Cent, period after "Massachusetts," as shown in Redbook. Fair detail on obverse, quite worn on reverse. The obverse has a mound on the planchet at the 11 o'clock position, and no corresponding depression on the reverse, so it may be considered a cud, I believe. Coin is straight, not bent.
