This planchet appears to have been punched at the end of the strip. It doesn't appear to be broken. The designs on the obv. and rev. are crisp and clear. Is it possible to grade a coin in this condition?

Sure, XF details, porous planchet with a ragged clip as made. Average color but with some edge damage on the reverse at 8:00 - 9:00. Net Fine possibly with some claims to VF but the edge damage makes that grade unlikely.

There you go Now if you are asking whether or not PCGS or NGC would grade it, my guess would be PCGS genuine slab, NGC details grade slab..
