1780 RIMP.HU.BO.REG.M.THERESIA.D.G. - possibly original (not re-strike) worth?

Hi all

I got this coin as a birthday present from my late Grandmother YEARS ago. I searched around a little for the 1780 RIMP.HU.BO.REG.M.THERESIA.D.G. coin and know there are a lot of counterfeits and re-strikes going around so I wondered - are there still originals out there and could this be one? I haven't so far seen any other coin where the markings are so crisp and well defined.

Any help with this appreciated.

P.S. I am German and this was purchased in Germany I believe.
